How to Give Back at Work

Learn how to give back at work to help others succeed. You also help yourself succeed by doing this.

Think about your own past. Was there a special person who took the time to help you, even though they didn't have to? Maybe it was a teacher in school? Maybe it was a boss or supervisor. Maybe it was someone at your church.

Whoever it was, they helped to make the world a better place by reaching out and helping you and others like you. Now, it's your turn to pay it forward.

What is giving back? Simple:

  • It is spending time helping a new hire learn the rules of the job.
